Our objective is the industrialized construction of custom-made sustainable houses, always respecting the same final quality. That is why our R&D department has the following purposes as a reference: custom design, energy efficiency and the strength of traditional materials.
The result is an industrialized construction system with ETA certification that allows the current construction agents, such as the architect, installer or contractor, to be included. It also enables fully customized and customizable houses, but with a patented industrialized fabrication system that allows a high manufacturing rate and that uses traditional materials such as cement, steel or plaster.
ETA CERTIFICATION
Through the ITeC we have obtained the ETA certification – European Technical Assessment, a document that makes the CE market possible, guaranteeing the different benefits offered by our industrialized construction system:

HOW DO WE BUILD?
Our construction method facilitates the construction process, summarizing the project in 3 phases:
MANUFACTURE
OF PANELS
Starting from the architect’s project, we manufacture the panels in our factory, including the structural elements, insulation, installations and windows.
ASSEMBLY OF THE PANELS
We transport the panels to the project location. On the foundation made in situ, we join them, obtaining an envelope with high-performance thermal and acoustic resistance.
REALIZATION OF THE FINISHES
Once the envelope is completed, we finish the installations for energy efficiency and then the final interior and exterior finishes can be carried out.
WHAT DO WE GET?
At the end of the construction process, we obtain a house that meets and combines the characteristics of industrialized houses and passive houses.
