PASSIVE HOUSES
Passive houses are households with maximum interior comfort,
both thermal and air quality, always with the minimum possible consumption.

Evowall system is designed for the construction of prefabricated passive houses. Unlike other systems, it combines the benefits of traditional materials, industrialization and the Passivhaus standard. With this combination, houses with high quality materials, reduced construction time and high energy efficiency are obtained thanks to its Passivhaus principles.
Evowall houses follow the Passivhaus standard, guaranteeing its benefits. Additionally, certification can be obtained if it is taken into account at the beginning of the project, correctly designed by a PH Designer.
1
Continuous insulation provides proper thermal separation between the heated or cooled inside environment and the outdoors, to avoid energy losses, to improve thermal comfort and reduce the risk of condensation. The innovative patented EVOWALL system ensures that the entire house envelope has very low transmittance values with little wall thickness, unattainable for most existing construction systems.
2
Good insulation will not be of any value if it is not continuous. This means keeping penetrations through the insulation to a minimum, and, where it can’t be avoided, using low or non-conducting materials. The aim is to avoid thermal bridges along where heat can escape. Thermal bridges can also increase the condensation risk. EVOWALL system gives continuity to the insulation at all points and completely eliminates thermal bridges.
3
Airtightness is the first line of strategy in achieving energy efficiency, comfort and affordability. It involves the construction of well insulated exterior walls, roof, windows and floor slab. An airtight house, with a low volume of air renewal per hour, keeps the interior temperature stable. EVOWALL panels are completely watertight, the system facilitates hermeticity with the rest of the elements of the envelope, such as the enclosures.
In addition to the 5 principles, EVOWALL introduces thermal inertia as a differential element. Thermal inertia is the property of the building that cushions the influence of the outside temperature on the inside, reducing the demand for air conditioning in cold and hot seasons.
Thermal and acoustic insulation with optimal interior comfort
Highly efficient enclosure with low consumption air conditioning systems
Control, monitoring and automatic renewal of indoor air
Maximum reduction of CO2 emissions, favouring the fight against climate change
