We build industrialized houses from mixed concrete
and steel panels, tailored to the project design.

We have developed new “lightweight concrete” with different components and additives,allowing us to obtain ideal properties for the construction of our industrialized concrete houses, as resistance, lightness, solidity, insulation and fire resistance.

At the same time, we have patented a panel construction system that allows us to adapt to any design.

The result is fully customizable prefabricated houses, with superior build quality.

INDUSTRIALIZED MANUFACTURING
ENVIRONMENT

The houses are built from panels of different shapes, manufactured in our factory in a controlled environment, exempt from inclement weather. This industrialized manufacturing phase, provides a product with optimal and homogeneous qualities, guaranteeing performance, reducing waste and with maximum safety.

PREFABRICATED CONCRETE
AND STEEL PANELS

EVOWALL prefabricated panels are made up of structural steel framing, various insulation layers (PIR, EPS and EVO-in), mortar and plaster. The concrete panels incorporate the ducts for the electrical, communications and water installations, as well as the ducts for the ventilation system, being totally modifiable on site, to adapt to modifications or future reforms with no difficulties and without losing any performance.
