The best building system
Evowall is the best industrialized construction system, the result of our own know-how and developed in collaboration with the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya and ITeC. With European certificate for single-family and multi-family construction.
Custom projects
Our system fully adapts to the client's and the architect's design.
We work collaboratively with the chosen architectural firm, simplifying the executive project and construction management.
Digital technology
Creating a Digital Twin of the home allows us to refine the design of the building system down to the smallest detail. As a result, we combine the flexibility of traditional construction with the precision and quality of an industrial process.
Time and risk reduction
Significantly Reduced Execution Time, with assembly completed in just days, allowing the client to move in much sooner. Fixed costs thanks to industrialization. Maximum flexibility to adapt to the project’s specific characteristics. Enhanced safety and improved working conditions for teams.
Certifications and professionalism
System with ETA certification – European Technical Assessment, which guarantees compliance and improvement of the CTE and the highest quality standards in Europe.
Human team of highly qualified professionals to build homes that meet the Passivhaus parameters.
Installation by professionals with over 25 years of experience in the construction sector.
Industry leaders
Founding partners of the Passivhaus Consortium, which brings together companies linked to passive construction.
Members of the International Passivhaus Association, , to ensure permanent updating.
Technical innovation
Members of the Asociación de Promotores de Cataluña, , serving as part of the technical committee on industrialized construction and sustainability.
Partners of the European project RENplusHOMES, which aims to develop a universal methodology for Positive Energy Buildings.
Integration of components
Home installations incorporated within the EvoWall system. Option to include the exterior finish of the façade in the envelope production process.
EvoWall panels
- Strength based on durable materials: steel, cement, and gypsum.
- Fireproof enclosure with high fire resistance, REI120.
- Combination of technology and traditional materials following the Passivhaus standard.
- Materials and assembly that ensure excellent acoustic insulation.
- We do not use materials that require treatment with chemicals and that can release volatile organic compounds.
- Metal supporting structure with optimal seismic performance.
- Use of Evo-In, an innovative range of lightweight mortars developed by EvoWall to achieve ideal building properties.
- Use of high-performance insulators to obtain transmittance values unattainable for other systems.
- Continuous insulation that completely eliminates thermal bridges, preventing heat loss and condensation points.
- Use of interior gypsum, a natural material that helps regulate humidity.
Air quality
The complete sealing of the panels facilitates the airtightness of the envelope. Enclosures are fitted with high-performance windows and doors. Dual-flow mechanical ventilation system, ensuring optimal air quality. Air control and monitoring to maintain healthy CO₂ levels. TFiltration technology that removes particles, bacteria, viruses, mites, pollen, and odors, helping prevent allergies and respiratory illnesses.
Energy efficiency
Homes with A+ energy efficiency rating and certifiable with the PassivHaus standard. Equipped with mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery that retain up to 90% of energy. The resulting energy consumption is only a fraction of what traditional construction requires, providing maximum comfort.
Real sustainability
Industrialization enables sustainable construction through the optimization of resources. Furthermore, EvoWall employs local, recycled, and recyclable materials, always striving for continuous improvement. To demonstrate this, we have developed a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tool in collaboration with ITeC allowing us to rigorously calculate the real impact and sustainability of the building.
